This Privacy Policy explains how Dongguan Yaming Technology Co., Ltd. (“FEAUR”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit https://yamingteam.com (the “Website”) or contact us through it.

1. Who we are
FEAUR is a power bank manufacturer based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, offering portable and solar power banks with OEM/ODM customisation for brands, wholesalers, distributors and private-label projects. Dongguan Yaming Technology Co., Ltd. is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
We handle personal data in accordance with this policy and the data protection laws that apply to us, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies to visitors from those regions, and applicable Chinese data protection law for processing carried out in China.
2. What personal data we collect
a) Inquiry and quotation forms
The Website has two forms — the “Get a Wholesale Power Bank Quote” form on /get-a-quote/ and the contact form on /contact-us/. Both ask for exactly two pieces of information:
- your email address (required), so we can reply to you; and
- your message (required) — the product, project or sourcing requirement you choose to describe.
Alongside what you type, the submission stores a timestamp, which page the form was sent from (for example /get-a-quote/ or a product page), which of the two forms you used, and a spam-prevention check. We do not ask for your name, phone number, company name or payment details. If an older version of these forms asked for your name, company or country, those fields are no longer collected; records created before 12 October 2026 may still contain that information.
b) Direct contact
If you contact us by email, WhatsApp (+86 178 2509 9021) or telephone, we process the information you choose to give us — typically your email address or phone number and the content of your message.
c) Analytics data
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects technical and usage data: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, referring page and engagement time. GA4 does not log or store your individual IP address. See section 5.
d) No comments, no user accounts, no online ordering
This Website does not offer blog comments, does not offer visitor registration or login, and has no online checkout, so we do not collect profile data, account passwords or order data through the Website.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell or rent your personal data.
4. Who receives your data
- E-mail delivery. A form submission is e-mailed to shelly@yamingteam.com through our business e-mail service (Alibaba Cloud enterprise e-mail, smtp.qiye.aliyun.com). The message contains what you typed, your email address, the timestamp and the source page.
- Website hosting. The Website runs on third-party hosting infrastructure, which processes technical logs (including IP address) on our behalf for security and operation.
- Google (analytics). See section 5.
- WhatsApp. If you click a WhatsApp button, you open a chat with us inside WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes your messages and phone number under WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. We only receive what you send us.
We do not share inquiry data with advertising networks or data brokers, and we only disclose personal data where the law requires it.
5. Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (consent-gated)
This Website measures usage with Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-NP7834QL8N), delivered by the official Google Site Kit plugin. The GA4 tag is the only analytics code on this Website.
- GA4 does not load before you consent. Until you accept analytics cookies, the GA4 tag is present in the page but is not executed, and no data reaches Google. We verified this in a real browser: before you make a choice, the page makes zero requests to Google.
- We use Google Consent Mode: by default
analytics_storage,ad_storage,ad_user_dataandad_personalizationare all denied. Only if you allow analytics cookies do we update the consent state and let the tag run. - If you reject, no GA4 request is made, no
_gacookie is set, and any existing analytics cookies are deleted. Browsing and the inquiry forms work exactly the same. - If you accept, GA4 sets the cookies
_gaand_ga_NP7834QL8Nto distinguish visitors and sessions. - Data retention in Google Analytics (read directly from this property’s settings): event-level data is retained for 2 months, user-level data is retained for 14 months, and “reset user data on new activity” is switched on.
- GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. We have not enabled Google Ads, remarketing or any advertising features, so there are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Logged-in administrators are excluded from measurement.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time with Google’s opt-out tool, or simply reject analytics cookies here.
6. Cookies we use
On a first visit, before you make a choice in the cookie banner, this Website sets no cookies at all — we verified this in a real browser, on the home page, product pages, the shop and the contact page, and found zero cookies stored until you choose.

We do not use advertising, remarketing or social-media pixels, and there are no embedded third-party media (no YouTube or social embeds). Because comments and visitor accounts are disabled, no comment-author cookies are set. The GA4 cookies _gid and _gat are not used on this Website — they belong to the retired Universal Analytics library. WooCommerce’s optional order-attribution cookies (sbjs_*) are switched off on this Website, because it has no online ordering.
You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom-left of every page. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop the Website from working.
7. International data transfers
Our company is established in China, so when you send us an inquiry we handle it in China. Depending on how you contact us, your data may also be processed in other countries by the service providers we use. This is what actually happens:
- Your inquiry and our replies. A form submission is e-mailed to our own business mailbox and is read by our staff in China. Our e-mail is operated on a Chinese enterprise e-mail service (Alibaba Cloud), which processes it on our behalf and stores the mailbox in China.
- Analytics data. Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google Ireland Limited for visitors in the EEA/UK and by Google LLC (United States). Google states that for users in the EEA it collects data through domains and servers inside the EU and shortens IP addresses on EU servers; analytics data may nevertheless also be processed in the United States and other countries.
- WhatsApp. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages and phone number are processed by Meta (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc.).
Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK and no adequacy decision applies, the transfer relies on the following safeguards:
- Google Analytics: the Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission, as incorporated into the Google Ads Data Processing Terms, which also include the UK Addendum. Under these terms Google acts as our processor and we remain the controller. Google makes these terms available to every Google Analytics customer that holds a direct contract with Google, and publishes the mechanism here: business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms. This transfer only takes place after you consent to analytics cookies.
- WhatsApp: the transfer safeguards incorporated in Meta’s own data-processing terms.
- Inquiry data that we handle in China: where a visitor from the EEA or the UK asks us for a quotation, samples or product information, sending that inquiry to us in China is necessary to take the steps you requested before entering into a contract — Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR. You are asking us, in China, to quote or supply you.
8. How long we keep your data
Inquiry records (form submissions and the resulting e-mail or WhatsApp correspondence)
- We keep them for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, provided no business relationship has followed (for example an active quotation, a sample shipment, or an order).
- Once that period passes and there is no ongoing relationship, the record is deleted from our Website’s storage. You can ask us to delete your inquiry earlier at any time — just e-mail shelly@yamingteam.com.
- If a business relationship has followed, we keep the correspondence for as long as that relationship lasts, and afterwards only where we still need it (for example to document an order).
- Messages exchanged with us on WhatsApp about a business matter are handled on the same basis: a conversation with no follow-up business relationship falls under the 24-month rule; a conversation tied to an active customer or an order is kept as described below.
Orders, quotations and statutory records. Where a business relationship exists we keep commercial records (quotations, order documents, invoices and related correspondence) for the periods required by Chinese accounting and tax law. These are handled separately from website inquiry records and are not subject to the 24-month rule.
Analytics data. Event-level data is retained for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months in Google Analytics (see section 5). The _ga cookies themselves remain in your browser as described in section 6 unless you delete them or change your choice.
Cookie choice. The feaur_consent cookie is kept for 6 months so we do not have to ask again.
We review our inquiry records and mailbox at regular intervals (at least quarterly) and remove records that are no longer needed under this section.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete data we no longer need;
- object to or restrict processing, including analytics;
- withdraw consent at any time (for example, ask us to stop contacting you, or switch analytics off in “Cookie settings”);
- data portability of the information you gave us; and
- complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law. You may ask what personal information we hold and request its deletion.
To exercise any right, e-mail shelly@yamingteam.com. We reply within 30 days and never charge a fee or ask for unnecessary identification.
10. Security
The Website is served over HTTPS/TLS. Inquiry submissions are protected with a security token and a honeypot field, and are delivered only to our own business mailbox. We apply software and security updates on an ongoing basis, and access to our mailbox and hosting is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
This is a business-to-business Website and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has contacted us, tell us at shelly@yamingteam.com and we will delete the data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Website or our services change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
